Thank you for shopping with Vic Motorcycle Wreckers. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for used motorcycle parts purchased from us.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where a return is accepted outside ACL rights, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange except where ACL requires otherwise.
To be eligible for a voluntary return, items should be unused and in the same condition you received them, in the original packaging where practical.
Some goods cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons (for example, custom-sourced parts or items that have been fitted or modified). Faulty or incorrectly described parts will be assessed under Australian Consumer Law.
Contact us by phone or email with your order details, the part concerned, and photos if relevant. Do not send parts back until we confirm the return process.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Freight costs are refunded when required by law or when we have made an error; otherwise outbound freight may be non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.
