Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand. International freight outside NZ may be available on request. Contact us before ordering if you need overseas delivery.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched as promptly as stock and carrier schedules allow. Larger or bulky parts may require freight quotes before dispatch.

Costs and timeframes

Shipping costs depend on size, weight, and destination. We aim to offer affordable freight and will confirm costs when quoting or at checkout where available.

Delivery timeframes vary by carrier and location. Metro areas are usually faster than regional or remote addresses.

Damage in transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and the part so we can raise a carrier claim and arrange a resolution.
